Delivery Conditions

All orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery or, for large orders, despatch will be by Courier. Delivery is to the UK only.

The following delivery times are subject to the products availability. If a product becomes out of stock when an order is placed, thus affecting the delivery times stated below. Orange Hedgehog gives the customer the opportunity to receive a full refund or place the products on a Back Order.

Orange Hedgehog endeavours to despatch your goods as soon as possible and will often dispatch goods quicker than the times stated below, however this is not guaranteed.

Quantities 1-3 (per customised product):

Orange Hedgehog will dispatch all orders with quantities between 1 and 3 (per customised product) within 5 working days.

Quantities 4-10 (per customised product):

Orange Hedgehog will dispatch all orders with quantities between 4 and 10 (per customised product) within 7 working days.

Quantities 10-20 (per customised product):

Orange Hedgehog will dispatch all orders with quantities between 10 and 20 (per customised product) within 10 working days.

Business Orders, 20+ (per customised product):

Delivery terms will be arranged per enquiry.
